Return Policy

We ask that you reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with any issues at jinnkotcg@gmail.com.  All sealed or clearance product sales and gift cards sales are final.

We are not responsible for manufacturing defects i.e., small rips in seal, Glue issues on boxes. 

Refunds
After we receive the product being returned, it will be inspected and if in the same condition it left us in, we will begin the process of your refund. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages during the shipping process. Also, please note that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process this refund.

Cancellations
ANY orders cancelled prior to shipping will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee to cover our expenses involved in the transaction.

Once an item is shipped, it CANNOT be cancelled.
