Shipping policy

All orders placed before 5pm EST will be shipped out the next business day.

If a shipping label cannot be created, we will contact you by email or phone (if provided).
If the customer has not responded to our email or phone call within 72 hours we will cancel and refund the purchase. If a refund is issued you will be charged a $5 restocking fee. 

All orders will be shipped with tracking. If an order says it has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We reserve the right at our discretion to change the shipping provider (UPS/USPS) to best match our actual shipping costs or to expedite shipping time for delivery.

We reserve the right at our discretion to combine multiple orders into one shipment or split orders into multiple shipments.
